Norma je identická s EN 322:1993. Stanoví metodu zjišťování vlhkosti zkušebních těles z desek ze dřeva. Podstata zkoušky: Zjištění ztráty hmotnosti zkušebního tělesa vážením mezi jeho stavem v době odběru vzorků a po vysušení na konstantní hmotnost při (103 ± 2) °C; výpočet ztráty hmotnosti v procentech z hmotnosti zkoušeného tělesa po vysušení; použití výsledků na určení vlhkosti celé desky. ČSN EN 322 (49 0143) byla vydána v březnu 1994. Nahradila ČSN 49 0143 z 5.1.198
