Tato norma určuje zkušební metody pro stanovení vlhkosti (vody) u výrobků a polotovarů cukrovinkářských výrobků a trvanlivého pečiva. Norma tedy stanovuje metodu zjišťování (ověřování) kvalitativního znaku (jakosti) významného pro hygienu výživy. ČSN 56 0146-3 byla schválena 16.1.1984 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.4.1985. Nahradila čl. 7, 9 a 11 ČSN 56 0146 z 22.10.1964
