Tato evropská norma specifikuje stanovení ochratoxinu A v korintkách, rozinkách, sultánkách, směsích sušeného ovoce a sušených fíkách metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC) s imunoafinitním přečištěním a fluorescenční detekcí. Tato metoda byla validována v mezilaboratorní studii jak pomocí přirozeně kontaminovaných, tak i obohacených vzorcích na koncentračních hladinách od 1,1 _g/kg do 11 _g/kg
