Tato mezinárodní norma IEC 60191-2Y je třiadvacátým doplňkem k původní normě IEC 60191-2. V tomto třiadvacátém doplňku jsou uvedeny instrukce pro začlenění nových stran do IEC 60191-2. Odstraní se stávající titulní strana 60191 IEC I obsahující úvod, a na její místo se zařadí nová strana 60191 IEC I obsahující úvod k třiadvacátému doplňku.
